Producing tutorials videos

As a User experience lead, a key responsibility was overseeing the production and direction of new videos for the GlassesOn application

Background:
In the initial prototype of the application, illustrations were deployed to visually guide users on the proper tilting movements of the glasses during the scanning process.

Performing the tilt action proved challenging to users, to hold the phone in one hand and the glasses in the other, attempting to tilt them in front of a screen, all while struggling to see without their glasses.

According to user research findings,
video tutorials are the optimal strategy for illustrating actions.
This approach contributes to the success rate among users.
ensuring a more comprehensive understanding of the proper techniques involved.

In my role as a UX lead,
I observed that the videos in the MVP tutorials lack alignment with the application look and feel.
Additionally, there were adjustments to the tilt movement that required new video shooting.

My primary focus in step one, was finding suitable providers for filming and editing, and creating the crafting detailed storyboards for the videos
ensuring each frame synchronizes seamlessly with the audio instructions embedded in the application.
